Congratulations to Elena who has graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth with a First Class honours. Showcased above is one of her projects which explores haptic relationships between the body and building and how it can enable a richer architectural experience. The creation of a ‘Haptic Handrail’ was made within the 'ARC661 Research by Making' unit. The Haptic Handrail explored how through an emphasis on the tactile sense, a lost relationship, meaning & physicality can be provided.
