The opening ceremony on the 23rd September 2013 was presided over by two Bishops: The Right Reverand Nicholas Holtam, The Bishop of Salisbury and The Right Reverand Christopher Budd, The Bishop of Plymouth.
In an unique ceremony, both buildings and onlookers were well blessed by plenty of water thrown by the Bishops! The weather was glorius and the students delighted the audience with musical performances, as well as readings.
The building looked stunning in the sunshine, and it was a delight to see it being fully utilised by the School.
“It seems amazing that all our planning meetings are now reality and we are now moving inside a build that was only lines on paper a few months ago.”
“We are delighted with the building and sincerely thank you for the time and effort that you put into the design and always with a happy, cheerful manner.”
Janet Morris - Chair of Governors
