Brewery Square

The Brewery Square development encompasses a site of 11.5 acres, formerly the Eldridge Pope Brewery on Weymouth Avenue. Located between Dorchester South Station, the historic Fairfield Market and South Street and the main shopping street in Dorchester, Brewery Square offers a major mixed-use scheme, comprising a range of commercial and residential buildings.

cube_design was appointed to undertake Phase 2B, which is located in the centre of the development. Phase 2B works include the provision of 136 apartments across Pope Street, Copper Crescent, Eldridge Street and Hop House, spread over 6 floors with a private central courtyard garden for use by the residents.

15 retail units are located around the perimeter of the ground floor level, providing a mix of facilities and local amenities. Below the development is an underground 150-space basement car park.
