Winchester CPD

Attending an RIBA Hampshire tour in Winchester of the new West Downs Campus building by Design Engine provided an opportunity to get back outside of the office and explore new and exciting architecture. We’re always keen to develop our understanding of architecture and its role within our world, particularly in seeing other compelling and stimulating architectural works as they are key contributors to the cities we live in. The education sector is ever developing and we always find it interesting to see how new buildings address contemporary issues with innovative design solutions. 

We particularly enjoyed Design Engine's use of weathered steel across several of the buildings facades, as well as the incorporation of the new courtyard garden!
